For an application report to be processed, it is necessary for the system to know which areas are demarcated for planting within a property.

For that, you must register all the plots / blocks / plots areas of a property in one crop. Sending geographic coordinates is done by importing files in KML (Keyhole Markup Language) format. These files must be generated by a specialized georeferencing team.

To start the registration of plots areas, you must click on the option "Properties" or "Units" in the management menu

If the structure be: Property, plots area, click on the “Plots” button referent property you want insert your KML files.

If the structure be: Unity, Property, plots area, click on the "Properties" button after this click in “Plots” button referent the property you want insert your KML files.

If the structure be: Unity, Property, zones, plots area, click on the "Properties" button after this click in "zones" button after this click in “Plots” button referent the property you want insert your KML files.

After click in "plots" button you will be redirected to the "Plots areas"  registration screen of this property,  as the figure below:

To register a new plots area, just click on the “New” button and the following screen will be displayed:

To register new area, simply inform the name of the field and attach the respective KML file. If you want to register several plots areas at once, just leave the name blank and attach several KML’s files at once (maximum 200 at a time).

The system will use the file names for the field names, respectively.

To edit the name of a field, just click on the “Edit” button. If you want to delete a field, just click on the “Delete” button and confirm your deletion.

It is still possible to view the plot of a registered field. This is practical when you want to confirm that the plot, location and name are correct. To do this, just click on the “Map” button for the desired field, as shown in the figure:

It is also possible to check the plot of all plots registered in a property, by clicking on the button “See all plots”:
